Rome via Brooklyn

On this day, me and Rachel had to check out of casa orange before 10 am, so we took the train ride back to Naples and spent our day there, till our train at 7:20 to Rome. When we arrived to Naples, we first went back to the lockers to put our bags away and started walking around the streets looking at the souvenirs. There were so many cute dogs and cats, I will definitely miss the Naples love towards animals.

Rachel and I then went to see a painting done by Caravaggio called, “The Seven Works of Mercy.” Very spectacular. We wanted to see the veiled virgin in another museum, but we should’ve reserved beforehand since the tickets were all booked.

After, we walked around exploring the city streets and walking into souvenir shops. I brought Rachel to Galleria Umberto I, where they filmed a scene from the 2023 film, Willy Wonka. It was a great moment for me because the movie was a masterpiece, as it is a movie about willy wonka before he became the willy wonka we all know and love.

After, we went to Pizza Fritta, which is this fried pizza place that Tik Tok recommended to me. When we got there, however, we were not in the mood to eat more fried food, so we walked back and went to Mcdonalds (lol). Soon after we walked back to the Naples train station where there was a large crowd because a famous singer was there signing CDs. I asked someone who it was and I think her name was Francesca? We met up with Jibriel and Moussa and we all took the train together back to Rome. Rachel and I bought some graffas and I made a tik tok of Rachel eating her graffa because she quite a strong love (eros, some might say) to the graffas ❤
